You will follow the “Fox Force Five” — a group of fierce superwomen made up of five of Quentin Tarantino's most iconic female characters — as they take on the Tyranny of Evil Men in an epic battle of revenge and redemption. What can I expect from Tarantino Live?
Tarantino Live is an immersive rock musical based on the Quentin Tarantino Cinematic Universe. In this live performance, you’ll witness spectacular rock ‘n’ roll music with action-packed thematic scenes from QT’s most iconic films.
Yes, this experience was designed to accommodate measures that mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
The use of photos or any recording device is strictly prohibited during the performance. Photos are permitted prior and following the performance in the theater.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Tarantino Live is immersive but not interactive.
Do you need to know/watch the movies before you attend?
No, you don’t need to have watched the movies to attend the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There won’t be merchandise to sell.
Is there a dress code?
No.
Who do I have to contact for a special menu (e.g. vegan, etc.)?
There is no food menu available during the performance, only drinks are available.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, tickets are contactless and are validated directly on the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket and QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, availability-dependent.
What ticket types are there?
There will be two ticket types available: General Admission and VIP tickets.
Regarding VIP seats, if your party is less than 4, you may be seated with another party. If your party is more than 4, every effort will be made to seat your full party together, or at adjacent tables.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place indoors.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the venue has air conditioning.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
Beverages are available at the lobby bar and can be brought into the theater where the experience takes place. VIP tickets include table service. Food is not permitted in the theatre. There are two restaurants to enjoy inside Riverside Studios.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, there are chairs available.
Regarding VIP seats, if your party is less than 4, you may be seated with another party. If your party is more than 4, every effort will be made to seat your full party together, or at adjacent tables.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom available onsite, however there is some limited storage space for bags at the box office.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
We allow service animals as standard, emotional support animals are not permitted.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Outside food and drinks or anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer wheelchairs for rent, but you can enter and see the exhibition with your own wheelchair.
Will there be strobe lights?
This production contains: strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, theatrical fog/haze, scenes of violence, and adult language.
Is there a Lost & Found contact?
Items found will be placed at the Box Office onsite.
ACCESS
What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement is 16+ (Adult Content).
Do I need to arrive at the start of the show?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check in before entering the experience. We can't guarantee entry to latecomers.
What happens if I arrive late?
We will seat late guests at specific moments in the show. You may have to hold off in the lobby until the host staff can seat you at an appropriate time.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted.
Is there parking nearby?
We recommend walking, cycling, or using public transport to reach Riverside but if you wish to drive the following information is useful for car parking.
Queen Caroline Street and Crisp Road both have plenty of pay & display parking spaces (but only for a maximum 2-hour stay and you can’t extend after the 2 hours). For anything longer than 2 hours, we recommend Distillery Road (W6 9AD), which is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Riverside.
For electric cars, there is a Source London charging station nearby (42a Hammersmith Bridge Road).
What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?
All spaces are wheelchair accessible. We have accessible toilets with changing facilities and lifts to all levels.
There is a lay-by in front of the venue which has double yellow lines, ideal as a drop-off point as there is a dropped kerb for easy access to the pavement. Please note that this area can become congested, especially at the end of an event when there are many visitors leaving the venue. Blue Badge holders can park for up to three hours on any other single or double yellow line near the venue as per Blue Badge regulations.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the Guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket please email us here with proof of disability. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
Are concession tickets available for the experience?
A limited number of concessions are entitled to a discount at the Riverside Box Office. Riverside Studios offers concessionary rates to: full-time students, under 16s,persons over the age of 60, the unemployed with proof of receipt of benefits, and those with a disability who require a complimentary carer ticket. Proof of identity and concession entitlement (e.g. valid ID showing age and/or student status) may be required before receiving your tickets and/or admission into the event.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Unfortunately, we don't have this option.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Enhanced hearing device is available upon request with House Management prior to the show.
